While many desire fuller lips, others may feel that their lips are disproportionately large or asymmetric. Lip reduction is a surgical procedure that refines the shape and volume of the lips for a more balanced, harmonious facial appearance. Ideal for those seeking a more subtle, proportionate smile, this procedure enhances confidence through careful, artistic reshaping.

Lip reduction requires a minor surgical cosmetic procedure to reduce both the lining and volume of the lip. The reduction can be partial, reducing either the sides or centre of the lip, or total, involving the whole length of the lip. Both upper and lower lips can be reduced.
There are many methods of lip reduction. I use a method which hides the scars on the inside, within the red “wet” part of the lip.
The surgery usually takes less than an hour.
Lips swell quite easily. Most of our patients return to work within a week. Eating is usually unaffected.
